On the edge - an exhibition of paintings exploring the edges, the hinterlands, the boundaries of the landscape and our society. The remote places - mountains, shorelines, places where sea meets land, land greets cloud and temporary areas come into being, disappear then reappear…… and also:
The forgotten towns, discarded from the current economics…the people struggling to make ends meet in a society that has changed. Places that have been levelled, erased- not “Levelled-Up” as the slogan goes.
