Levelling Up 5 : Physical Capital Housing

Levelling Up is the Governments flag ship policy of apparent investment in the future of the country, aimed at readdressing the inequalities and poverty that has ravaged the country due to massive underfunding, austerity policies and wanton greed.

Peter Wankowicz is painting a series of paintings looking to express the reality of the failure of this policy in the UK today.  An attempt to document what is happening despite the soundbites - the reality of poverty, lack of housing, food banks and homelessness which have proliferated under the current Government.
